Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are typically packed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days (this may extend up to 3 business days during peak promotional periods or holidays).
Business Days: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 7:00 PM (ET) / 4:00 PM (PT) on Friday, as well as those placed over the weekend, will be processed starting the following Monday. Warehouses do not process orders on weekends.
Split Shipments: Depending on inventory location, items within a single order may be shipped in multiple packages. However, expedited shipping fees will only be charged once per order.

Rothy’s ships to various international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most European Union countries.

Canada: Standard shipping is free (3-5 business days), and expedited shipping is available for 20 CAD (2-3 business days).
Other Countries/Regions: For destinations such as the UK, EU, and Australia, free shipping thresholds apply (e.g., free shipping on orders over 175 GBP for the UK, with an 8 GBP flat rate for orders below the threshold). Specific shipping rates and timelines vary by destination.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order leaves the warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent automatically.
Tracking Updates: During the initial processing window (up to 3 business days), tracking links may not immediately display live updates. Some packages may only show tracking events once they approach the local destination.
